- Can I cancel or modify my monthly donation?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel, pause, or change your monthly donation amount at any time by emailing ksk@kechara.com. There are no penalties or obligations—we're grateful for whatever support you can provide, whenever you can provide it.
- Do you accept international donations?
Yes, international donors can contribute via credit card through our online donation widget. However, tax exemption benefits only apply to working individuals in Malaysia. International donors still can request for general receipts for their donation records by emailing ksk@kechara.com.
- Can I get a receipt for my donation?
Yes, you can request a donation receipt in the following ways:
- While donating: In the "Your Details" section, indicate whether you require a general receipt or a tax-exemption receipt (applicable to working individuals in Malaysia only).
- After donating: Submit your donation details to us within the same month of your donation.
