Client suffers from diabetes and Stage 5 chronic kidney disease.
Client is a divorcee with three children, one of the children is married and lives in Perlis. The other two children are in ex-wife's custody. The youngest daughter came back to live with him after the client's operation (right calf amputation due to diabetes) in 2019. He worked as a security guard prior to his operation. Now, he lives with his elderly mother and her youngest daughter.
A bedridden elderdy lives together with his wife. He went through below-the-knee amputation for both legs and he lost his right vision due to diabetes. He previously worked as a social worker and did not have much savings. His son is pursuing his tertiary education and stays in a university hostel in Johor.
Client is an estate plantation worker who lives in an estate house together with her four young children and a 72-year-old father-in-law. Her children, aged six, 10, 11 and 14 respectively. Her 6-year-old daughter is an undocumented child. Besides, she has an elder son who got married and left the family. Devi’s husband, too, abandoned the family and went back to India.
Client is single and lives with her two brothers. They previously ran a family business where they owned a food stall at Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur. They had to end the business due to family debts. Now, three of them are too old to run a business again.
