Pakcik Razak has been bedridden for many years, after both of his legs were amputated (below the knees), and he lost vision in his right eye, due to diabetes. He previously worked as a social worker and does not have much savings. He currently lives together with his wife, and his son is pursuing his tertiary education in Johor.
